Indian Idol 12: A.R Rahman talks about how he calms his mind, reveals that he is fan of two sisters from the show

Indian Idol 12 is ruling the hearts of audiences not only with the amazing performances of its contestants but also with the special celebrity guests. The special guests not only boost the confidence of contestants but also open up and share some unheard stories of their life. In the upcoming episode, the stage of Indian Idol 12 will be graced by the presence of the Music maestro of Indian Music and oscar winner A.R Rahman.

Indian Idol 12 aired on Sony Entertainment Television will invite the music legend, A.R Rahman, in its upcoming episode. The Mozart of Madras will raise several notches with his presence and contestants will give their best performances to impress him. 

In the recent preview video of the show posted on Sony TV’s official Instagram, A.R Rahman is seen having a grand entry while all the contestants get overwhelmed by his presence. Even the judges of the show, Neha Kakkar, Vishal Dadlani and Himesh Reshmiyan get excited to see him.

A.R Rehman favorite songs

While Rthivik Dhanjani will be hosting the episode since Aditya Narayan tested Covid positive, he will ask A.R Rahman about his favourite genre on which the singing idol replies, “Whenever I am exhausted or I’m free I listen to classical songs of Anjali Gaikwad and her sister, Nandani. I have listened to them on YouTube and even, she (Anjali) has sung songs as playback in my film, Sachin: A Billion Dreams. I wish both of them all the luck of their future.”

Contestant Anjali Gaikwad gets overwhelmed with Rahman’s response and thanked him for the opportunity. She says “It was my honour to sing the song ‘Mard Maratha’ for the film, Sachin: A Billion Dreams with AR Ameen (AR Rahman's son). I feel blessed that God has arrived on the set, who is nurturing me on such a big platform. I am feeling overwhelmed and motivated and this will also encourage me to perceive my singing career with all hard work and dedication.”
