The political processions in Jammu Kashmir have intensified after an All-party meeting was held yesterday, under the administration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The all-party meeting chaired by PM Modi was attended by many prominent leaders of the country and continued for around 3.5 hours.
The meeting was called upon to discuss the matter of Jammu Kashmir and to discuss Article 370.

PM Modi focused more on “ Narrowing the Dilli and Dilon ki doori”.
The discussion was also done on conducting elections in Jammu and Kashmir after delimitation, to which all the parties agreed.
A detailed dialogue on the development and public welfare works in Jammu and Kashmir was also done.
Home Minister Amit Shah also stated that the process of delimitation and peaceful elections in Jammu Kashmir are important milestones in Jammu Kashmir’s restitution to a complete state.
While Congress demanded the conduction of Vidhan Sabha elections in Jammu and Kashmir after the restitution to a complete state.
It must be noted that the meeting was conducted between central government ministers and the state government ministers after 2 years of removal of Article 370 from Jammu Kashmir. The meeting was attended by Home Minister Amit Shah, PM Modi, Mehbooba Mufti, Farooq Abdullah, Ghulam Nabi Azad, Amar Abdullah, Kavinder Gupta, Nirmal Singh, Manoj Sinha, and many other prominent ministers.
