Antilia Case: Know the whole list of events that occurred in the Antilia case and where does the judgement current stands at

Antilia Case:

The famous mysterious case of Mukesh Ambani’s house Antilia, where explosives were found in a car has completed its 41 days now and people are getting even more curious to know about the results that where the current status of the case is at. So, here is the list of events that occurred in the Antilia case judicial process till now.

 

On 25th February 2021, a Scorpio car carrying explosives and threat a note. While the investigation of the case was handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA) on 8th March 2021. 

 

On 4th March 2021, the owner of the mysterious car found outside Antilia, Mansukh Hiren went missing. And on 5th March 2021, the reports state that Mansukh Hiren committed suicide. 

 

On 17th March 2021, the Mumbai Police took up a huge step and transferred the police commissioner Param Bir Singh and appointed Hemant Nigrale as the new police commissioner. 

 
On 20th March 2021, the former police commissioner Param Bir Singh held Anil Deshmukh responsible for corruption and other cases. Moreover, Param Bir Singh wrote a letter to Maharashtra’s CM Uddhav Thackery mentioning that Home Minister Anil Deshmukh directed Sachin Vaze to do a collection INR 100 crores monthly. 

These blames were then dismissed by Anil Deshmukh.

 

Further, on 23rd March 2021, former commissioner Param Bir Singh moved to Supreme Court against Anil Deshmukh, but the court on 24th March 2021 didn’t consider the case and directed Parambir Singh to move to the high court.

 

Later on, on 25th March 2021, Param Bir Singh in the Bombay High Court asked for an urgent and neutral investigation of Anil Deshmukh.

 

On 31st March 2021, the Bombay High Court secured its decision and also asked some sharp questions to Param Bir Singh that being a police commissioner why didn’t he lodged an FIR against Anil Deshmukh.

 

On 5th April 2021, the Bombay High Court decided that the CBI should initially enquire into the allegations against Anil Deshmukh. 

Soon after this, home minister Anil Deshmukh resigned from his post as the home minister of Maharashtra. 

 

While currently, the investigations for the Antilia case and the mysterious death of Mansukh Hiren are being conducted in full swing.
