Coronavirus India update: A rise in Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra, Delhi, UP and Kerala witnessed

Coronavirus India update:

The destruction caused by the Coronavirus pandemic is still on, with a critical condition of the Covid-19 virus in as many as 12 states of the country. While the Health Ministry of India has stated that, 81% of the Covid-19 cases from across the country are from 12 states including Delhi, Maharashtra, UP, Kerala, Karnataka, Bihar, Tamil Nadu, and Madhya Pradesh. 

While Maharashtra is reporting the most cases as of now, with 51,880 cases being reported within the past 24 hours, with 891 deaths. The recovery rate from coronavirus in Maharashtra is 85.16% and the death rate is 1.49%.

The Health Ministry has stated that India is reporting over 34 lakh cases currently which are being treated at hospitals or either at home isolation. Moreover, the ministry has stated that the total death rate due to the Covid-19 virus is 1.10% and the situation is currently under control, but the regular death toll shows a totally different picture.
