Coronavirus India update:

While the total Coronavirus cases in India have now reached 3,86,147 cases, the pandemic has started affecting the IPL 2021. It must be noted that the match between Royal Challengers Banglore and Kolkata Knight Riders, which was scheduled to be conducted in the Narendra Modi Stadium, Amdebadad today has been canceled.

The reason behind this cancellation of the match is being stated that the IPL players namely Varun Chakravarty, Sandeep Warrior, and Pat Cummings have tested positive for the Covid-19 virus. There is no official announcement as of now, in this regard, but the players testing positive have raised a big question mark on the conduction of further IPL 2021 matches.

Previously many IPL players have also tested positive and returned back including players Akshar Patel.
