Coronavirus India update: The toll of Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra has reached 66,358, with major ruination in Delhi

Coronavirus India update:

With the days passing by, this catastrophe caused by the Covid-19 pandemic is turning more unfortunate. More than 3 lakh cases are being registered within the country each day, and the total death toll till now has increased the mark of 2 lakhs. 

Most of the destruction has been caused in states such as Delhi and Maharashtra, while Delhi has been the most affected city due to this coronavirus pandemic. Most of the deaths in the country were registered in Delhi with the count reaching 381 in the past 24 hours along with 24,149 new coronavirus cases. The transmission rate of the Covid-19 virus has reportedly reached 33% in Delhi now. 

While after relief of getting lower cases for one day, the overall Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra have taken a surge when 66,318 new coronavirus cases were recorded within the past 24 hours. The death rate due to Coronavirus in Maharashtra is 1.5% currently.  

Gujarat has recently registered 14,382 new Covid-19 cases within the past 24 hours with 170 deaths. 

The death toll in Uttar Pradesh has reached 265 now within the past 24 hours, and the total death toll as of now has reached 11,678. Within the past 24 hours, the state registered 32,993 Covid-19 cases within the past 24 hours.
