Coronavirus India Update: UP Govt takes back its decision of presenting Aadhar Card while getting vaccinated

The UP Government has decided to take back its decision on its most debatable topic of presenting Aadhar Card and Address Proof while getting vaccinated. 

Now, considering the third phase of the Covid-19 vaccination process in India from 18 to 44 years, people may present any document stating their residence in Uttar Pradesh to get vaccinated. 

Hence, all the permanent and temporary people residing in UP can get vaccinated.

While the decision to mandate producing Aadhar Card and Address proof was stated by the National Health Mission in a letter stating that the UP Government has directed the vaccination of citizens of Uttar Pradesh, as many people from other states have registered themselves for vaccination in Uttar Pradesh, due to which the citizens of UP are not getting vaccinated properly.
