Take a note of your daily diet:

If you have just recovered from Coronavirus, then you should eat light food during the initial days or food that is easily digestible. You can drink tea of coriander, cumin, and fennel two to three times a day. It cleanses the body from the inside. It also maintains your weight correctly. It is also very good for digestion. These teas should be drunk after one hour of eating. If you do not want to drink it, you can also drink herbal tea.

Increase dry fruits intake:
