Jammu Kashmir Meet:
The National Panthers Party is protesting in Jammu against PM Modi’s all-party meeting held at the Prime Minister's residence on Thursday on issues related to Jammu and Kashmir. In the meeting of PM Modi pm Narendra Modi, many issues were discussed, but the leaders of the National Panthers Party while protesting stated that the Jammu region was completely ignored during the meeting.
National Panthers Party’s leader Harsh Dev Singh also stated that the meeting discussed about the delimitation, which was already being discussed for so long. Adding further, he also said that there has been no time limit fixed for granting the status of a complete state and for holding elections.
Harsh also demanded equal seats, development and rights, and proper allotments similar to Kashmir.
It must be noted that during the meeting, PM Modi and Amit Shah confirmed the conduction of assembly elections in Jammu and Kashmir after the process of delimitation in Jammu and Kashmir is done. And after which a decision will be taken on the statehood of the area.
At the same time, the leaders of Jammu and Kashmir had demanded full statehood for the region.
