JEE Advanced 2020: Covid-19 Positive Students Will Get one More chance To Appear In JEE Exam- Watch Video

JEE Advanced 2020: This year, students who had successfully registered for JEE Advanced Exam 2020 (JEE advanced) and were unable to take the exam due to Covid-19 pandemic, Indian Institutes of Technology 2021 (IIT) will now get a chance to sit in JEE Advanced Exam 2021. IIT gave this information. In an official statement, it said that while resolving the problem of the affected candidates, it was decided that all those candidates who were successfully registered in JEE Advanced 2020 but will be allowed to sit in JEE (Advanced) 2021. Could not be done. The decision came after the National Testing Agency (NTA) agreed to conduct a NEET exam again on September 13 for absent students. NEET is taking the examination of these students on 14 October, after which NEET results will be released on 16 October. JEE Mains qualify only after qualifying in JEE Advanced, but no such announcement has been made for students who have been absent in JEE Main Examination. This year, 1.5 lakh students participated in the Joint Attraction Exam-Advanced (JEE-Adv) exam. Only 64 percent of the students qualified for the JEE Advanced 2020 exam had registered. Top 2.45 lakh candidates of JEE Main exam are eligible to appear in JEE Advanced exam, but this time only 1.60 lakh students had registered for JEE Advanced.
