Perform these 3 Yoga Asanas regularly to get a glowing skin

Yoga Asana for glowing skin:

Yoga helps us detox our bodily impurities and focus more on improving our inner imperfections. There are many asanas that help us in improving our skin texture and helps it in glowing.

So, mentioned below are some of the asanas that will make your skin glow.   

1. Paschimottanasana:

The steps to perform Paschimottanasana are given below.

First of all, sit on the ground by spreading both legs outwards. Keep your toes forward and together. Inhale, raise your arms and bend to tilt the body forward as far as possible, and exhale while bending forward.

In the last step, both the hands should touch the soles of the feet and the nose should touch the knees. Initially, do this for 5 seconds and gradually try to stay in the pose for as long as you feel comfortable. Inhale and come back to the original position.

2. Parvatasana (the mountain pose):

Firstly, sit in Vajrasana in a clean environment. While concentrating, keep the toes of both hands and feet on the ground. Taking the support of the ground, raise your waist in a triangular shape. Do this asana while being in a mountain position. Keep breathing in and out as normal and remember to keep the body stable at your convenience. After some time slowly sit in Vajrasana.

3. Padahastasana (Hand to Foot Pose):

Stand straight by making a distance of 2 inches between the feet. Inhale slowly and raise the arms upright keeping them straight.  Continue to inhale and pull the hands upwards till the biceps touch the ears. Turn the palms forward and raise the body from the waist. Keeping the lower back straight. Lean forward while exhaling and keep your palm parallel to the ground. Exhale the shoulders on a horizontal plane and inhale.

While exhaling, bend forward until the whole palm rests comfortably on the ground and the nose does not touch the knees. Give a good stretch Feel comfortable and don't stress yourself. Maintain this final pose for about 2-3 minutes. Slowly return to the standing position while inhaling.

It must be noted that everyone shall perform these asanas, however, people who have recently undergone surgery, or have a Blood Pressure problem, shall avoid these asanas.
