WB Election 2021: CM Mamta Banerjee ने Nandigram Assembly Election Result को दी Kolkata High Court में चुनौती

WB Election 2021:

The political affairs of West Bengal are still on with a lot of major events happening almost every day, even after the West Bengal Assembly Elections. It must be noted that CM Mamta Banerjee has challenged the Result of the Nandigram Constituency from the West Bengal Assembly Elections 2021 in the Kolkata High Court, and the matter will be heard in the High Court today.

It must be noted that BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari defeated Mamta Banerjee from the Naandigram Constituteny during the West Bengal Assembly Elections 2021 with a margin of around 2000 votes. 

While CM Mamta Banerjee has already accused the Nandigram Election Results to be an outcome of irregularities in the counting of votes. Considering this, CM Mamta Banerjee also urged the recounting of votes from the Nandigram constituency to the Election Commission, but the same was rejected. To which the TMC Chief state that she will move to higher courts regarding the matter. 

A final decision on the Nandigram Elections Battle is yet to be given by the Court in its hearing today.
