Jharkhand, Delhi, Bihar, and UP will witness heat today, as considering the Delhi-NCR, the period of heat and strong sunshine continues as the National Capital is going to witness the maximum temperature of 42 degrees on the 7th and 8th June.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has already stated the arrival of monsoon in the Delhi NCR region by 27th June, while for the regions such as Jharkhand and Bihar, it may arrive by 15th June.
However, regions such as Punjab and Haryana are under the influence of Cyclonic winds. While near the coastal region of Karnataka, over the northern-mid Arabian Sea, the cyclonic winds have created a pressure area.
Western Disturbances are active in the various regions of Jammu and Kashmir.
Meanwhile, the Indian Meteorological Department has predicted that there may be rain in adjoining some northeastern states of Bengal. Southwest Monsoon has reached near Maharashtra covering Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh.
Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh are expected to receive light rainfall by 12th, 15th, and 16th July 2021.
