The continuous rains in Maharashtra’s Mumbai from Tuesday have started wreaking havoc all over again. It must be noted that the metro city Mumbai is receiving heavy rainfall since Friday morning which has caused waterlogging at various places of the country.
And due to this waterlogging people are facing great difficulty in traveling from one place to another. While the Indian Meteorological Department has stated an expectation of light to medium rainfall in the next 24 hours in Mumbai.
While considering this expectation of constant rains in Mumbai, the IMD has issued a red alert. It must be noted that the Mumbai rains are being witnessed from Tuesday night onwards. Due to these constant Mumbai rains, regions such as Sion, Badala, and Gandhi marg are totally waterlogged.
Moreover, an alert of the high tide has also been issued in Mumbai recently.
